farewell midwest

i have been flying midwest since i was a kid and i am sad to anounce they are stopping schedualed service on september 7. I will miss them and their hot cookies on every plane. i will miss them very much. their will be a huge hole in the airline industry without them.
midwest we will miss you

So it sounds like YX is safe for the near future and will have Republic as a huge partner. Good, living out in the West Coast, I haven't been able to fly on them at all and I would really like to fly them sometime. 2008 has really been the worst year for U.S. airlines since 9/11.
