Most people probably know what I mean.
What is the 'Repair' forum?
That's crazy!

Hmm. I guess it's just what remains of the days when people were spamming the forums like crazy. The time-frame of the posts seems right. Interesting that it's in a different color scheme. In Firefox the forums look all white. I know in Internet Explorer it's the grayish-brown color.
