Six months to the day since we started dating, my girlfriend broke up with me I never even saw it coming, she seemed happy. I sure was. We hadn't gotten to see each other much because both of us have been so busy, but we still talked every day.

It was so great to have her, because she was my first girlfriend, and for the longest time all of my friends and family said I was gay, just because I was waiting for the right girl to come along, and not going after the first one I saw. I wanted to make sure my first relationship be a good one (not like my brothers first one that lasted less than a week), even though I had no experience as a boyfriend whatsoever. It was fun while it lasted. My self confidence and esteem have risen significantly.

I only hope that it doesn't take me over 17 years for the next one

N776AU, i am sure that another good girl will come your way because you are a very good person. don't worry! 6 months is a good period of time but at least it wasnt longer!
