Off-Topic Forum Broken?

I tried to post a trip report on the off topic, but it says that an error has occured and that I should try later. But still, on the splash page where you have options to go to General, Off Topic, or Photo Request, it says that the topic has already been posted, even though it doesn't show up. Also when I go to try to repost, it says that the thread has already been posted and that I need a different subject title.
