Mahmod Shakeri, any photos by this guy...I don't care how good they are or what not. They're not his, we've been over this before. I have also seen some of the photos he sends in on other car sites by people that are not him. So just reject everything by him.

First, please apologize for my bad English, but I must say this...

I don't know about the authenticity of this photos, but Nicholas' allegations are serious. Is very important for this site any photos send here must be authentic. This site (at least for me) is very serious and every one of us must take our responsibility to maintain this. More than 200,000 photos posted for all of us is the proof of this.

I don't want to sound authorithary, but I have some concerns about this allegation because, if this allegations are true, the prestige of this site is in danger, and all of our works may be lost.

In my case, I put all information about my photos. Place, city, country, activity and my camera model. I respect so much this site, and I respect all of the uploaders of this site. To enhance the authenticity of my work, I put all of this info.

The purpose of this site are posting all of our best photos for the enhancement of the quality of life of all car fanatic around the planet, and bringing all Internet users with a safe, fun, secure and sane entertainment.

Please do not think this is a way to criticize this site. Only I want to warn about this allegations of fraud. I love this site so much and for me may be very painful if this site closes because this acts.

Marco is right about the danger to the CDB future and all our work for almost 10 years if some of pictures are fraud. International copyright laws are very restrictive and dangerous for the site owners, site administration and uploaders. All our work can be removed or restricted, or, (as the best option) the site will go down with ranking definitely. So, we must investigate this or any other suspicious case of that kind.

When I reject, from time to time, some pictures uploaded by very active uploaders and good photographers, my only reason is that all other pics of those guys are much, much better that this 1% of low quality. And if we enjoy their work in 99%, why to reduce high general quality of their collection on CDB.

The opposite case is when some photographers, after a lot of average quality pics, suddenly send us only several pics with professional quality, not only as a result of a new expensive cameras but general look of those pictures. That must turn on our “security lights”. If we are wrong about it, we are very sorry, but if not, Marco wrote - our all work is in danger. It is less painful to remove suspicious pictures, if you all agree, if the option is future of all other`s work for almost a decade.

We must have, as improvement by admin,photographer`s copyright info on the bottom of the picture. I am not sure is it difficult or not for admin to put it on the bottom of each pic.
This is what I think about this, but we must all together find a solution.
