When i log in in "my photos" then there'sa link "my rejections"
then says "View 20 rejections instead of 10" then a list of photographers with numbers, i had 18. But now i see they rejected 2 photos: HOW THE HELL THIS iS BAD ANGLE!!
if you reject this one (i mean corsa) for bad angle, why accepted this? The corsa's pic is far more interesting than the fiat ![]() Photographer © RauL Re: rejection: 18?

I've gotten some rejections like that thare just due to an apparent bad angle caused by the perspective. Felipe Garcia

no perspective problem, this is bad angle, look at the pool. Not my rejection but i agree with this one Re: rejection: 18?

Yes, there is a minimal angle when you see the pole, the point that I have been trying to bring up for ages is that in many countries outside the US, Canada and the EU those things can't be used to define whether it is leveled or not.
Look at this ![]() Photographer © Felipe Garcia Which pole are you using to say if it is leveled or not? what if you give a bad angle because of a nearby pole that isn't leveled? we aren't shooting in places that conform to international standards of any sort. Except for the airports, the cities aren't built to perfection, I already posted a pic where you can see how even a street is. Felipe Garcia

Nevermind, i still think it's an unfair reject.
For me is hard to understand what is rejectable or acceptable. What do you think if we'd show pics from CDB, not yours, that you think are rejectable but made it anyway? So we'll have an idea of what is rejectable. Edited 1 times. Last edit at 06/04/08 11:38PM by juanelo242. Re: rejection: 18?

It's just very subjective, and bad angles are kinda new. Felipe Garcia

Hi,
Most of the rejections are new, and one screener is new as well. We never had to discuss screening standards due to the few screeners, but as the site grows this will become a more and more important issue. I will try to add the tools and documentation needed for all photographers to be able to understand how we would like the photos to be prepared to be accepted. Regards, Henrik Re: rejection: 18?

What about making an "ask the screener" forum, where we can ask for comments before uploading or for a small explanation/help after rejection? Felipe Garcia

I agree on that one, or how about if its hard to decided weather it should be accepted, why not have a page/section where its voted on by the Registered Members?
Or the Regulars so that's like 10-15 of us I guess? -Nicholas ![]() ![]() Re: rejection: 18?

Sounds like some old plans we had for other sites... Definitely worth looking into. It will definitely speed up screening quite a bit if it works out well.
