tricky... its a very early "hot rod" 
its been extensivey rebuilt, the only way to get a positive ID is the hood louvres since the front end looks fairly stock. some clues perhaps by the rivetin gon the front lead of the frame. So far found no match... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
